On Each Product Page there is a button "Check Availability" This link will show you the stock level for the specific product that you are looking at as well as at which of our location the product is available.


Currently, Nanodog only delivers to customers within Namibia. If you are an international customer, you are more than welcome to arrange your own pickup and delivery

Most products sold by Nanodog come with a one-year manufacturer's carry-in warranty. However, Nanodog Business and Office machines come standard with a two-year warranty.

Turnaround times for warranty repairs vary depending on the product and issue. It can vary anywhere from between a few days or up to 4 weeks in some extreme cases


If your product arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact Nanodog immediately upon receipt. Retain all original packaging and provide photographs of the damage. Nanodog will assess the situation and guide you through the return or replacement process.


While warranty repairs for hardware faults are typically free, issues related to software are not covered and may incur standard service fees. Additionally, if a warranty is voided due to physical damage or unauthorized modifications, repair costs will be the customer's responsibility.


Yes, items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within seven days of purchase. Returns may be subject to a handling fee of up to 15%. Certain items, such as consumables and personalized products, are non-returnable.


Refunds are issued as store credit,  product exchanges of equivalent value or EFT refund; no cash refunds are provided. All returns undergo a mandatory inspection, which takes a minimum of 24 hours, before approval.


Yes, Nanodog provides credit accounts with pre-approved limits. Accounts are typically only approved for business customers with a regular purchase history.


Nanodog does not directly offer any monthly payment solutions, however you can get in touch with one of our sales executives who can assist you in applying for a Techloan from the Bank.
